NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DURBAN INVITES TENDERS FOR SERVICE AND REPAIR OF 12 FAULTY
INDUSTRIAL GEYSERS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 1 ME
Only tenderers who Submission of SBD 3.1 Pricing schedule - Firm Prices (purchases).
Bidder to submit a signed specification document. Bidder to make sure that page 3 of the specification is signed and stamped. if this
document is not signed - the bidder will be not considered for further evaluation.
The department reserves the right not to appoint if a bidder has been awarded 2 or more contracts of similar nature within the NDPWI
in the six months, for equity and fair distribution of work amongst service providers.
Bidders must do an inspection of the above service and complete inspection site form and sign it together with a representative of the
facility, bidders who did not do the inspection will be disqualified for further evaluation.
Bidders must demonstrate that they employ qualified artisans or technicians in the mechanical field.
-A minimum of two (2) artisan/technicains must hold a valid Fitting Trade Test Certificate.
- Certified copies of these certificate must be submitted with the bid.
- The certificate must the required current, legible, and verifiable.
Failure to submit the required valid trade test certificates will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. are eligible to submit
tenders.
