ALFRED DUMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AIR
CONDITIONERS AS FOLLOWS:
1.REMOVE ONE (1) 12 000 BTU EXISTING AIR CONDITIONER AND SUPPLY, DELIVER AND INSTALL TWO(2) 12 000 BTU AIR
CONDITIONERS.
2.SUPPLY, DELIVER AND INSTALL ONE (1) 32 000 BTU AIR CONDITIONER.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who reside within the Alfred Duma Local Municipality's jurisdiction and to BBBEE Level 1
contributors.
Kindly note that there are no documents for collection.
Please submit quotations on your company's quotation templates together with:
1. An Up-to-Date Municipal Water, Rates and Taxes Account Statement/ Lease Agreement;
2. Declaration of Interest form (MBD4);
3. Preference Points Claim Form (MBD6.1);
4. Declaration of Bidder’s Past Supply Chain Management Practices (MBD8);
5. BBBEE Certificates/Sworn Affidavit; and
6. CIDB Certificate.
Sealed quotations, together with the supplier's details, and the notice number clearly indicated on the envelope, must be deposited into
the Quotation Box on the Ground Floor (Public Entrance Door) of the Lister Clarence Building, at 221 Murchison Street, Ladysmith, on
or before 27 August 2026 at 11:00am.

Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
