In line with its mission, the University seeks to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, implement, and maintain a Pay-As-You-Eat (PAYE), Inventory Management System and POS for residence dining halls and food outlets in various campuses and other venues. The solution should enable cashless meal sales transactions, booking meals for students, ensure accurate inventory control, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems such as PeopleSoft and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms. Proof of Bank Account: Submit Original Stamped Letter From Bank

Valid B-BBEE Certificate (Sector Specific if Required in the Tender): Valid B-BBEE Certificate from a SANAS accredited verification agency or sworn affidavit as prescribed by the B-BBEE codes of good practice per sector

VAT Registration: Copy of VAT registration certificate. In the abscence of VAT Registration provide a letter with reasons for not being registered for VAT
