AIR CONDITIONERS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS FROM TENDER AWARD TO OUDTSHOORN MUNICIPALITY. CIDB 1 ME
OR HIGHER
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who CIDB 1 ME OR HIGHER
Only tenderers who CIDB 1 ME OR HIGHER are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R3,610.00 payable by proof of deposit or cash is required on collection of the Tender documents.
A set of fully completed tender documents must be submitted on the original documents and remain valid for a maximum of 120 days
after the closing date of the tender. A set of tender documents can be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R361.00 including VAT for
hard copies directly printed by the Municipality and free of charge when provided on pdf via e-mail. Then hard copies will be physically
handed only to prospective bidders who produce a receipt for the payment of the tender document at the SCM Offices.

The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, March 8, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
