The primary objectives of this tender are to establish a panel of legal service providers (attorneys) capable of providing specialised legal services to Musina Local Municipality over a period of three years. The aim is to create a database of legal skills to support the municipality with legal advice, opinions, support on civil litigation, and other legal services as required, on a rotational basis, without any guarantee of minimum work allocations.
