The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable, qualified, and registered professional valuer responsible for the compilation, implementation, and maintenance of both the general and supplementary valuation rolls for Nkomazi Local Municipality. This appointment aims to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and compliant valuation rolls over a period of five years (60 months).
