MOQHAKA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR UPGRADING OF MAKOBE STREET 1.005KM WITH STORMWATER
AND CHANNEL IN MAOKENG SEISOVILLE
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are located in the Moqhaka Local Municipality area and have a valid BBBEE Status Level
certificate or sworn affidavit. As per the municipal Preferential Procurement Policy.
Only tenderers who pay the non-reffundable fee of R2 000.00 and attend the compulsory briefing session are eligible to submit tenders.

Documents may be collected during work hours after 12h00 on 22 October 2025
A non-refundable tender deposit of R2,000.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Documents will be made available at the briefing session venue.
Payment of the non-refundable printing fee of R2000.00 can be made at the cashiers at the main Municipal Building, Hill Street or
directly into the municipal bank account. If an EFT payment is made, the proof of payment (Pop) can be forwarded to

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Moqhaka Local Municipality, Hill Street, Allen
Rautenbach Hall on 22 October 2025 starting at 12h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
