BITOU LOCAL MUNICIPALITY INVITES TENDERS FOR UPGRADING OF THE KURLAND WATER TREATMENT WORKS:
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WORKS FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2025.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 6ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who 6ME or Higher
Only tenderers who 1.CIDB registration
2.Financial Standing are eligible to submit tenders.

A non-refundable tender deposit of R350.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Bitou Municipality is a public recipient and can therefore be selected on the list given by any of the banks. By selecting ‘Bitou
Municipality”, the funds will be diverted to our new account with Standard bank. Proof of payment will be required upon collection of Bid
documents. Quotation Number to be used as payment reference with name of payee.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Kurland Community Hall, Plettenberg Bay on
01 December 2023 starting at 08h30.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Friday, January 26, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
