PREFERENCE POINTS SYSTEM:
90/10 or 80/20 preference points system will be used in accordance with the Regulation 4: Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2022 pertaining to Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act 5 of 2000), where the lowest acceptable bid will score 90/ 80 points for price and a maximum of 10/ 20 points will be awarded for specific goals as follows: Points for specific goals are allocated points in terms of the directors/ members/ owners information or suppler company information:
