The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver various types of paint and related materials to the Breede Valley Municipality’s Water Services Department. The aim is to procure quality products that meet specified technical standards within a stipulated delivery period, ensuring the municipality’s operational requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
The scope of the tender encompasses the supply and delivery of the following items:
The delivery must be completed within 20 working days from receipt of the official order, and all costs associated with the supply and delivery must be included in the bid prices.
Suppliers must confirm that all products offered conform to the specified technical specifications and provide proof of compliance. Alternative products must be accompanied by full specification sheets, and non-compliance will lead to disqualification. The products must be of the same quality and equivalent to the specified items.
