Quotations are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the hire of 3 double cabs and 1x SUV. This quotation will be evaluated on price in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are for price and 20 for specific goals and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your detailed quotation. Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance or income tax reference number, security pin and TCC number.
The primary objective of this tender is to procure a maximum of 5 months of vehicle hire on a month-to-month basis for three double cabs and one SUV, to be used by the Amajuba District Municipality.
