Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to select qualified service providers to supply radio slots for a period of 12 months, ensuring effective municipal communication through high-quality broadcasts that reach all municipal wards, support municipal campaigns, and comply with regulatory standards.

Scope

The scope includes providing twenty-four (24) two-hour radio slots per month on a licensed community radio station or an agreement with such a station, covering the period from March 2026 to February 2027. The service provider must ensure coverage across all municipal wards, provide studio facilities, qualified presenters, scheduling flexibility, compliance with ICASA regulations, recording and archiving capabilities, and options for public interaction. Proof of agreement with a licensed station and adherence to specifications are mandatory.
