The primary objective of this tender is to secure radio slots on a licensed community radio station for a period of 12 months, enabling the municipality to communicate effectively with all municipal wards, promote municipal programs, campaigns, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The scope includes providing twenty-four (24) two-hour radio slots over 12 months (March 2026 – February 2027). The service provider must ensure coverage across all municipal wards, high-quality audio transmission, studio facilities, qualified presenters, scheduling flexibility, compliance with ICASA regulations, recording and archiving capabilities, public interaction options, and monthly monitoring and reporting of broadcasts and audience reach.
