Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure support materials for the Elderly Christmas Party organized by Ntabankulu Local Municipality. The aim is to supply and deliver various support items such as blankets, dignity packs, branded cups and flasks, and goodie packs to enhance the celebration for the elderly community.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of specific support materials as detailed in the attached specifications. The items include:

• 40 blankets
• Dignity packs containing knee guards, digital pressure monitors, rubbing staff, and hand cream
• 40 branded coffee cups
• 40 branded flasks
• 19 goodie packs with biscuits, sweets, and coffee sachets

The delivery must be made to the specified address within the agreed timeframe, adhering to the municipality’s procurement policies and conditions.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements are outlined in the attached specification document, which includes:

• Quantity and quality standards for each item
• Specific items such as blankets, dignity packs, branded cups and flasks, and goodie packs with specified contents
• Compliance with branding and packaging standards
