The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced agency to provide publication services for Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT). The services include designing, producing, and delivering various MUT publications such as magazines, brochures, flyers, invitations, factsheets, newsletters, and other ad hoc materials, ensuring alignment with MUT’s branding and technical standards.
The scope encompasses the creation of multiple publication types with specific formats and features, including:
All designs must incorporate large file handling capabilities, adhere to MUT branding guidelines, and include clickable contents for web versions.
