Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an experienced and qualified service provider to design an Institutional Advancement publication for Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT). The selected provider will be responsible for creating a high-quality, visually appealing publication that aligns with MUT’s branding and communication goals.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Design and layout of the Institutional Advancement publication, specifically the quarterly 'Sondela Nawe'.
• Arrangement of textual and visual content provided by MUT to produce a polished and engaging publication.
• Delivery of the final designed publication in accordance with MUT’s specifications and timelines.

The design must ensure readability, clarity, and aesthetic appeal, maintaining a professional and engaging look throughout the publication.

Technical Requirements

• The design must be high-quality, visually appealing, and aligned with MUT’s branding standards.
• All textual and visual content will be supplied by MUT; the service provider is responsible for layout and design.
• The publication should be suitable for print and digital distribution.
• Deliverables include the final layout files in appropriate formats as specified by MUT.

Skills Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:
