The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to prepare an in-situ layout plan for Erf 1 and 2 Mpophomeni. The project aims to formalize existing informal settlements through rezoning and subdivision, creating formal residential erven, assigning erf numbers, and facilitating the transfer of individual plots to occupants.
