Technical Requirements

The service provider must meet the following technical criteria:

  • Be registered as a provider with the QCTO.
  • Possess an accredited learnership relevant to Office Supervision at NQF Level 5.
  • Have qualified facilitators, assessors, and moderators with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt learning materials to the UJ context.
  • Have policies and procedures in place for assessment and quality assurance.
  • Provide a mock schedule acceptable to UJ.
  • Submit proof of a learner tracking system and SETA liaison registration.
  • Present samples of workbooks and assessment documents.
  • Possess practical exposure within Higher Education (preferred).
  • Explain their methodology and facilitation model clearly.
