Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to repair two faulty air conditioners at the Barkley West Magistrate Building, as specified in the scope of work. The detailed scope involves replacing or repairing components such as compressors, capacitors, evaporator fan motors, PC boards, condenser fan motors, contactors, air filters, air dryers, recharge gases, thermostats, expansion valves, and other related parts as specified in the tender documentation.

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Providing proof of purchase for all materials used.
• Completing all work within the stipulated timeframe and specifications.

Technical Requirements

• All repairs must meet the manufacturer’s specifications and industry best practices.
• Replacement parts must be new, genuine, and compatible with existing systems.
• The contractor must carry out tests to demonstrate the acceptability and functionality of repaired systems.

Skills and Competencies Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
