Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure catering services for the municipality, including the supply and delivery of various food items such as light breakfasts, food platters, bottled water, and fruit juices for specified dates and venues within the municipality's jurisdiction.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of catering services for multiple days (27th to 31st July 2026) at designated venues in Vredenburg and Langebaan. The services include preparing and delivering specified quantities of breakfast selections, food platters, bottled water, and fruit juices as detailed in the specifications. The successful bidder will be responsible for timely delivery, adherence to menu specifications, and proper waste management during the service period.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of light breakfast selections suitable for 7 persons per day at specified venues.
• Provision of food platters appropriate for 7 persons for each day.
• Delivery of bottled still water (500 ml) and fruit juice (350 ml) in specified quantities.
• Delivery to occur on the specified dates (27th to 31st July 2026) at the designated venues.
• Menu variation: menus should not be repeated on consecutive days.
• All food items must meet the quality standards and be delivered in accordance with the specified timeframes.
• Waste generated during service must be properly contained and disposed of at registered landfill sites, with certificates of disposal submitted upon completion.
