Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage suitably experienced service providers to carry out cleaning services for the Darling RSEP and Skatepark in Darling. The services are required for the period ending 30 June 2027, ensuring the facilities are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition throughout the contract duration.

Scope

The scope of work includes the comprehensive cleaning of the Darling RSEP and Skatepark facilities. Details of specific cleaning tasks and standards are outlined in the official bid documentation. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at these designated sites until the specified contract end date.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of cleaning services for the Darling RSEP and Skatepark facilities.
• Adherence to specifications detailed in the official tender documentation.
• Submission of all relevant documentation in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender reference number.
• Completion of the attached Annexure MBD 6.1 to qualify for B-BBEE benefits.
• Submission of original or certified copies of B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates.
• Provision of Proof of Locality to claim local preference points.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance services, particularly in public or recreational facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to comply with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Competence in completing and submitting all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Understanding of B-BBEE requirements and the ability to provide necessary verification documents.
