Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable service provider to manage and deliver catering and transportation services for the Lephalale Municipality's June 16 event at Nwamita Stadium, Tzaneen. The service provider will ensure the provision of quality catering (including breakfast and lunch), transportation via buses, and bottled water to meet the event's requirements.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of transportation services, specifically the supply of 3 buses for the event.
• Provision of catering services, including breakfast and lunch for approximately 390 attendees.
• Supply of bottled water, increasing from 390 to 780 bottles to accommodate the event needs.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must:
