FORMAL BRIEFING A compulsory RFQ briefing session will be conducted at, Transnet Engineering, Germiston, 03 Keswick Road., on the 04.03.2025, at 10:00am for a period of ± 2hours. [respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of respondents arriving late. 1.1. A certificate of attendance in the form set out in section 8 hereto must be completed and submitted with your proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site RFQ briefing session. 1.2. Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFQ briefing will be disqualified. 1.3. Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site RFQ briefing session. 1.4. Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [[email protected]]. this is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session. 2.
