Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure oil spill management services on an as-and-when basis for Transnet Port Terminals at the Port of Richards Bay. The services are required for a period of six months to effectively manage and respond to oil spill incidents, ensuring environmental safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of oil spill management services as specified in the attached scope of work. The services are to be delivered on an as-and-when basis, responding promptly to oil spill incidents within the port area. The scope also encompasses all activities necessary for spill containment, cleanup, and environmental protection, as detailed in the contractual scope document.
