The primary objective of this tender is to establish a contractual arrangement for the repair and servicing of hydraulic track maintenance tools on an “as and when” required basis over a period of 2 years. The aim is to ensure the availability of fully functional hydraulic tools to support Transnet Rail Infrastructure operations, maintaining safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
The scope encompasses the repair, servicing, inspection, testing, and certification of various hydraulic tools and equipment, including but not limited to:
The repair services are to be provided on an “as and when” basis, with a focus on fault diagnosis, timely repairs, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and operational standards, over the contract duration of two years.
