Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to source and supply intercom devices that support access control and verification processes at the admin building. These devices will enhance security by enabling screening and verification of personnel before entry, particularly in areas outside the terminal's controlled zones.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of intercom devices as specified, along with installation and commissioning at the designated location. The devices must support features such as video viewing, remote unlocking, and integration with existing access control systems. The project also encompasses testing, providing technical support post-delivery, and user training with certification.

Technical Requirements

• Device Features: User-friendly UI V2.0, 7-inch colorful touch screen (1024×600 resolution), PoE support, message and picture storage (TF card), live video viewing, wireless network support, HD 2 MP camera, IR supplement light, tampering alarm, supports sub-modules (max 8), nametag customization, and extendable display.
• Camera Specifications: 2 Megapixel resolution, 180° horizontal, 96° vertical viewing angles, IP65 rated, dimensions 98×99.8×43.9 mm, weight approx. 98 g, IR lighting.
• Video & Audio: H.264 compression, 1920×1080 resolution (mainstream), 720×480 (sub-stream), built-in microphone and loudspeaker, noise suppression, echo cancellation, audio compression G.711 U.
• System & Network: Embedded Linux OS, TCP/IP, SIP, RTSP protocols, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, IR supplement mode, network ports provided by the IT department.
• Power & Environment: 12 V DC, 10 W power consumption, operating temperature -40°C to +60°C, humidity 10-95%, IP65 rated for outdoor use.
• Alarm & System Interfaces: Tampering alarm, 4 I/O inputs, 2 I/O outputs, embedded MCU processor.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying and installing intercom and access control systems.
• Ability to provide quality assurance certificates and testing documentation for supplied equipment.
• Capability to deliver technical support and maintenance during the warranty period.
• Provision of user training and certification for end-users.
• Knowledge of network integration and configuration, with support from the client's IT department for network port provisioning.
• Compliance with safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
