Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver an electronic wireless public address (PA) system along with related accessories that meet industry standards for safety, performance, and reliability. The system aims to enhance public communication capabilities within the Stellenbosch Municipality, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
The scope encompasses the procurement, supply, and delivery of a portable PA system (e.g., MA-708 or equivalent), wireless microphones supporting up to 4 units, audio modules, a projector tripod screen, tripod speaker stands, and optional integrated wireless systems and audio modules. The system must be compliant with relevant standards such as IEC 62368-1, IEC 60268, SANS 10142, and ICASA regulations. Delivery includes installation, warranty, and support services, with the system suitable for use in various public and event settings within the municipality.
