Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply transport services for Stellenbosch Municipality during the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) public participation processes. The services aim to facilitate community engagement by providing suitable transportation arrangements for community members across various locations and events scheduled in September 2025 and April 2026.
The scope encompasses the provision of transport services as per the attached IDP public participation schedules, including:
