Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit formal written price quotations from reputable service providers for the supply and delivery of various construction materials, specifically cubes river sand, crusher stone, 13mm stone, and crusher dust, to Bultfontein and Hoopstad Technical Offices.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of the specified quantities of cubes river sand, crusher stone, 13mm stone, and crusher dust as detailed in the specifications.
• Delivery of these materials to the designated locations at Bultfontein Technical Office and Hoopstad.
• Submission of quotations by the deadline of 15 May 2026 at 12h00 pm.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• Suppliers must deliver the materials in accordance with the specified quantities and quality standards.
• Samples may be requested prior to the official purchase order.
• Goods must meet the specified descriptions and specifications outlined in the tender documentation.
• All quotations must include signed MBD forms and valid tax clearance certificates.
• Suppliers registered with the Centralised Suppliers Database and possessing a MAAA number are preferred.
• VAT-registered suppliers must clearly indicate VAT charges; non-VAT vendors must not split VAT from the total.
• Post-award price adjustments are not permitted.
