Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a suitable service provider to deliver a short course on Hazardous Identification and Risk Assessment. Upon completion, participants will be equipped with the skills to identify hazards and assess risks effectively, enhancing safety and compliance within the infrastructure services sector.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Design and delivery of a training course in Hazardous Identification and Risk Assessment for 17 employees from infrastructure services.
• Specify the number of training days required.
• Training to be conducted in English.
• Utilize a minimum of three training methods (e.g., facilitation, demonstration, group discussion, simulation, practical, role-play, case studies, lectures, blended learning).
• Provide competency certification for delegates within 30 days of training completion.
• Pricing to include all costs (training materials, stationery, catering, VAT, etc.) and be based on actual attendance.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender are as follows:

• Training must be delivered in English.
• Specify the number of days needed for training.
• Use at least three different training methods, marked with a ? for selection.
• Training methods may include facilitation, demonstration, group discussion, simulation, practical exercises, role-play, case studies, lectures, and blended approaches.
• Certification of delegates upon competency, with certification issued within 30 days.
• Pricing should be unit rate per trainee, inclusive of all costs and VAT, with an original detailed invoice provided.

Skills Requirements

The service provider must demonstrate:

• Expertise in hazardous identification and risk assessment training.
• Experience in delivering short courses to adult learners, preferably within infrastructure or safety sectors.
• Ability to develop comprehensive training materials and assessments.
• Capability to certify delegates and provide timely certification documentation.
• Proficiency in employing diverse training methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Compliance with all technical and administrative requirements as specified in the tender documents.
