Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Heat and Moisture Exchange Filters specifically designed for neonatal use, to prevent cross-infection during ventilation at Ngwelezane Hospital. The procurement is a once-off requirement for Ngwelezane Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal, within a contract period of once-off delivery. Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Provision of samples for evaluation if requested.
• Compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including valid SAPHRA license to manufacture or distribute medical devices.
• Capability to deliver the required quantity within the specified delivery period.
• Ability to provide necessary documentation such as CIPC registration, tax clearance, and proof of South African ownership if claiming specific goals.
