Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to hire 8 buses and 20 taxis to transport community members from all 13 wards in Dannhauser for the IDP Mayoral Roadshow scheduled on 14/05/2026 at Durnacol Sports Ground.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of transportation services by hiring 8 buses and 20 taxis.
• Distribution of transport across all 13 wards, with specific allocations:
  • One bus each for wards 1 to 8.
  • Four taxis each for wards 9 to 13.
• Transporting community members to and from the event location at Durnacol Sports Ground.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Availability of 8 buses and 20 taxis as specified.
• Transportation must be arranged to cover all wards as per the specified distribution.
• Compliance with all municipal and legal standards for passenger transport.
