Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure sound equipment for entertainment auditions at uShaka Marine World. The aim is to select qualified service providers to supply, deliver, test, and collect the specified sound equipment for the event scheduled from 7 to 10 November 2024.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of sound equipment suitable for entertainment auditions, including all necessary features and controls as specified in the technical requirements.
• Delivery of the equipment to uShaka Marine World by 7 October 2025, with testing prior to use to ensure proper working condition and compatibility with existing sound systems.
• Collection of the equipment after the completion of the hire period, specifically by 12 October 2025 at 17:00.
• Compliance with all administrative, technical, and legal requirements outlined in the tender documentation.

Features

• Rack ears are not included with the equipment and must be specified if required.
