The scope of the tender encompasses:

Technical Requirements

Applicants must meet the following technical and compliance criteria:

• Valid company registration documents (e.g., CIPC certificate).
• SARS tax clearance certificate or PIN for verification.
• Certified copies of director(s) ID.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (if applicable).
• Proof of business address and contact details.
• Valid Health and Safety Certificate issued by relevant local authority (COA).
• Food handling and hygiene certification for staff.
• Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
• Demonstrated capacity to service events of varying sizes.
