JCPZ/FM/SCM74/2025 Refurbishment of Orange Farm Depot
The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the refurbishment of the Orange Farm Depot, ensuring the delivery of quality construction, repairs, and maintenance works in accordance with specified standards and requirements.
The scope encompasses general building works including electrical, glazing, plumbing, carpentry, civil, mechanical, and fire systems. The work involves site preparation, demolition, refurbishment, installation, and finishing activities at the Orange Farm Depot, located next to Sassa building in Orange Farm. The contract period is anticipated to be one (1) month, with all works to be completed within this timeframe.
