Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure supply and delivery of 80mm interlocking paving bricks for CID offices at Florida Park, ensuring quality and timely delivery in accordance with specified requirements.

Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of 80mm paving bricks, totaling 20 pallets, to CID offices at Florida Park. The tender encompasses all related activities necessary for the procurement, including compliance with technical specifications, administrative, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Supply and delivery of 80mm interlocking paving bricks as specified.
• Completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and adherence to specifications.
• Provision of proof of residence, valid COIDA certificate, and relevant joint venture agreements if applicable.
• Compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) if not already registered.
• Submission of completed MBD forms (MBD 1, MBD 3, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) along with the quotation.
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, including quality, compliance, and delivery timelines.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience in supplying and delivering paving bricks or similar construction materials.
• Valid registration and good standing with relevant authorities (e.g., CIDB grading if applicable).
• Proof of compliance with health and safety standards, including COIDA certification.
• Ability to provide proof of residence and municipal statements for all directors or partners.
• Capability to complete and submit all required administrative and regulatory documentation accurately and promptly.
• Understanding of procurement regulations and experience in adhering to tender procedures and evaluation criteria.
