Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure Supervisory Management Training services in accordance with SCM regulations and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and effective delivery of training to enhance supervisory management capabilities within the organization.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of Supervisory Management Training as specified in the tender documentation. It includes the submission of quotations, adherence to administrative and technical requirements, and compliance with evaluation criteria. The tender also covers related administrative processes such as registration, documentation submission, and adherence to procurement policies.

Technical Requirements

• Completion in full of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification.
• Provision of valid COIDA Certificate from the Department of Labour (Letter of Good Standing).
• Submission of a signed Joint Venture agreement with all mandatory documents if applicable.
• Compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Adherence to evaluation criteria, including submission of MBD forms (MBD 1, MBD 3, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9).
• Submission of sealed quotations clearly marked with the RFQ reference number.
• Provision of pricing in firm prices, inclusive of all delivery costs and applicable taxes.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to complete and submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance with SCM regulations.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Municipal Finance Management Act and Preferential Procurement Regulations.
• Capability to provide Supervisory Management Training as per the specified standards and specifications.
• Proficiency in completing joint venture agreements and other contractual documentation.
• Effective communication skills for inquiries and clarifications.
