Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure ITIL 4 Foundation training services that are accredited by People Cert on behalf of AXELOS. The training aims to cover key areas such as the four dimensions of service management, service value system (SVS), guiding principles, design & transition, obtain/build, deliver & support, management, technical practices, and stakeholder roles. The goal is to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in ICT service management.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of a 5-day face-to-face ICT training program aligned with the ITIL 4 Foundation requirements. The training will be delivered to delegates and must cover the specified key areas. The procurement process involves submitting sealed quotations, adhering to the specified conditions, and meeting all technical and administrative requirements outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

• The training must be accredited by People Cert for ITIL 4 Foundation, aligned with AXELOS standards.
• The program should cover:

• Administrative skills to prepare and submit all required documentation, including completed forms, certificates, and compliance proofs.
• Capacity to meet the administrative and logistical requirements of face-to-face training delivery.
