Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure crematorial training services, specifically to certify and enhance the competency of candidates in crematoria best practices, controls, attachments, components, design, capacity, stability, and limitations.

Scope

The scope includes providing crematorial training for six candidates, covering aspects such as equipment controls, design, capacity, and safety standards. The training aims to ensure candidates acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to operate crematoria effectively and in accordance with best practices.

Technical Requirements

• Completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications in full.
• Proof of SETA accreditation.
• Provision of valid COIDA Certificate (Letter of Good Standing).
• Submission of a signed Joint Venture (JV) agreement if applicable, detailing contributions, participation, management, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Adherence to the specifications and conditions outlined in the RFQ, including certification and competency standards for crematoria.
• Completion of prescribed forms such as MBD 1, MBD 3, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9.
• Submission of all required administrative and compliance documents, including proof of residence, municipal statements, tax compliance, and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
