Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations for the supply of cleaning materials and refreshments for Region B of Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JCPZ). The aim is to ensure the provision of quality cleaning supplies and refreshments to support the operational needs of JCPZ, promote service excellence, and uphold ethical standards in procurement and service delivery.

Scope

This tender covers the supply and delivery of various cleaning materials and refreshments, including refuse bags, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquids, cleaning gels, and beverages, as specified in the item list. It is limited to bidders who are already appointed on the panel of service providers for stationery, consumables, cleaning materials, and refreshments under reference JCPZ/BS04/2023. The scope also includes compliance with administrative, technical, and regulatory requirements as outlined in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and adherence to specifications provided.
• Provision of valid certificates such as COIDA (Department of Labor), joint venture agreements (if applicable), and proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submission of all required forms including MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9, duly completed.
• Compliance with special conditions, including response timelines and submission procedures.
• Registration on the CSD and submission of vendor details, tax clearance, and relevant compliance documents.
• Adherence to COVID-19 restrictions regarding quotation submissions.

Skills Requirements
