The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the repair of two faulty air conditioners in Court D and the General Office at the Kimberley High Court, as specified in the scope of work. The aim is to ensure the proper functioning of the air conditioning units to maintain a conducive environment within the court facilities.

The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and ensuring proper installation and functioning of the repaired units. Proof of purchase for all materials used must be provided, and the department will reimburse only for materials with valid proof of purchase. Labour costs are to be included in the service price.
