Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage qualified service providers to carry out maintenance and repair work on the Body Tornado Slide system, specifically addressing water leaks, servicing the filtration system, repairing a standby pump delivery pipe, and ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to during the process.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Servicing the non-operational filtration system of the Body Tornado Slide.
• Repairing a suspected leak in the 110mm PVC delivery pipe from the standby pump running under the Jika Jika Slide to the Body Tornado.
• Implementing safety measures to protect staff and visitors during the maintenance activities.
• Ensuring minimal disruption to park operations during the repair work.
• Providing a one-year warranty on all materials used, including bolts, nuts, and pipe sections.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the project are as follows:

• Proven experience and technical competence in servicing swimming pool filtration systems.
• Ability to diagnose, flush, and maintain filtration components to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.
• Complete servicing of the filtration system to restore operational status.
• Repair of the 110mm PVC delivery pipe suspected to have a leak, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
• Implementation of health and safety protocols throughout the project duration.
• Work schedule must avoid disruption to park operations and be completed within the specified timeframe.

Skills Requirements

The successful service provider must possess:

• Technical expertise in swimming pool filtration systems, including diagnosis, flushing, and maintenance.
• Experience in pipe repair and installation, particularly with PVC piping and corrosion-resistant materials.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to maintenance work in a public water park environment.
• Ability to provide a detailed warranty covering all materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
• Capacity to coordinate work schedules to minimize impact on park visitors and operations.
