Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Major Service for Intaka Tech at Hlabisa Hospital, ensuring the hospital's operational functionality and maintenance of the equipment.

Scope

The scope includes providing a comprehensive major service for the Intaka Tech equipment, which encompasses tasks such as oil and filter changes, cleaning of coolers and condensers, testing safety functions, lubricating motors, replacing filters and components as required, and submitting detailed reports. The service is a once-off maintenance activity aimed at ensuring the proper functioning and longevity of the equipment.

Technical Requirements

• Service must be performed by a CIDB Grade 1 ME contractor.
• Service provider must be registered with the Central Supplier Database.
• Service includes changing oils, filters, air filters, and condensers; cleaning components; testing safety and temperature functions; lubricating motors; replacing specific parts such as V-belts, admission valves, pressure valves, and inlet filters; and providing after-service reports.
• All work must comply with the attached specifications and relevant standards.
• Service provider must submit a detailed report, signed job cards, and an invoice upon completion.

Skills Requirements

• Qualified technicians with CIDB Grade 1 ME certification.
• Technicians must hold valid SAQCC medical gas certificates.
• Ability to perform detailed maintenance tasks including oil and filter changes, cleaning, testing, and component replacement.
• Experience in servicing medical or similar technical equipment.
• Competence in preparing detailed service reports and documentation.
