Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure an online training service for the Microsoft Certified: MCTS Windows Server Virtualisation (Hyper-V) and SCVMM (System Center Virtual Machine Manager). The training aims to enhance participants' skills and certification in Windows Server Virtualisation technologies, with a focus on Hyper-V and SCVMM, through a self-paced online platform that includes both training and certification exams.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Provision of self-paced online training for the Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Virtualisation (Hyper-V) and SCVMM.
• Access to the learning platform for a minimum of five days and a maximum of seven days.
• Course content covering, but not limited to, Hyper-V, SCVMM, and related virtualization technologies.
• Facilitator must be accredited with relevant professional bodies, possess valid training certificates, and have at least 3 years of experience.
• Participants must receive a certificate of competence upon training completion and a certification as OSCP+ after passing the exam.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• The training must be delivered via a self-paced online platform accessible for at least five days.
• The platform must include comprehensive course materials, manuals, and assessments.
• The facilitator must be accredited, experienced, and provide proof of qualifications and certifications.
• The training provider must be accredited by the relevant professional body.
• Certificates of competence and OSCP+ certification must be issued upon successful completion and passing of the exam.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider and facilitator include:

• Accreditation with the relevant professional body for delivering Microsoft virtualization training.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering virtualization and related IT training.
• Provision of facilitator’s ID, CV/profile, qualifications, and course manual as part of the bid documentation.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive, self-paced online training with interactive assessments.
• Capability to administer and oversee certification exams and issue official certificates of competence.
