Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the servicing of 5 air conditioners and repairs to 4 air conditioners at the Noenieput SAPS. The scope includes addressing issues such as leaking water, non-cooling units, and power tripping, ensuring all units are operational and compliant with relevant standards.

Scope

The scope of work involves:

• Servicing five (5) air conditioners with issues such as leaking water.
• Repairing four (4) air conditioners, including:
• Two units not cooling.
• Two units tripping power.

Specific items to be supplied and/or repaired include compressors, fan motors, PC boards, capacitors, contactors, filters, refrigerant recharge, thermostats, remote sensors, gas leak repairs, and reverse valves.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify:

• Replacement of compressor, condenser fan motor, evaporator fan motor, PC board, capacitor, contactor, filters, thermostat, remote control sensor, and reverse valve for each unit as needed.
• Recharging refrigerant gas (11 Kg total).
• Gas leak repairs and ensuring units are operational within specified timeframes.
• Adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards during servicing and repairs.
• Completion of work within a specified period: 5 days for units over 10, and 3 days for units 10 or below.
• Provision of proof of purchase for all materials used, with reimbursement limited to materials actually used.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required include:

• Qualified HVAC technicians with experience in servicing and repairing air conditioning units.
• Competence in handling refrigerant gases, electrical components, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to diagnose faults accurately and execute repairs efficiently.
• Provision of proof of relevant professional registration and experience.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
