Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint two professional photographers to provide photography services for the 2025 Saldanha Bay Municipality Award Ceremony scheduled for 6 February 2026. The services include capturing key moments during the social session, indoor award ceremony, award handover, and group photos, with final edited images to be delivered within 7 days.

Scope

The scope encompasses:

• Engagement of two professional event photographers for a 6-hour event within the Saldanha Bay municipal area.
• Coverage of outdoor/indoor social sessions, indoor award ceremony, award handover, and group photos.
• Provision of final electronically edited images within 7 days post-event.
• Use of only professional photography equipment and lighting; no cell phone cameras or selfie sticks allowed.

Technical Requirements

• Appointment of two professional photographers for the event.
• Coverage of specific segments: roaming photographers during social sessions, one photographer for award handover, and one for group photos.
• Final images must be electronically delivered within 7 days of the event.
• Use of professional photography equipment and lighting only.
• Event date: 6 February 2026, from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Venue: To be confirmed within the Saldanha Bay municipal area.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in professional event photography.
• Ability to operate professional photography equipment and lighting.
• Competence in delivering high-quality, edited digital images within tight deadlines (7 days).
