Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the supply and delivery of electrical goods and services to Stellenbosch Municipality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and procurement policies. The aim is to select qualified suppliers capable of providing quality electrical products and services efficiently and cost-effectively.
The scope encompasses the provision of various electrical items and related services, including but not limited to:
