| Briefing Date Details: | A pre-proposal site meeting and RFQ briefing will be conducted at Bayvue Centre at TNPA in the Port of Saldanha on 13 March 2025, at 12:00 for a period of ± 4 hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section 8 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting. 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory Site briefing will be disqualified. The certificate of attendance and/or the attendance register will be used as proof/evidence of attendance. 2.3 Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFQ to the site meeting briefing. 2.4 Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: [email protected] is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session. 2.5 Respondents are required to bring the required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a reflector vest and safety boots when visiting a specific site. |
