Objectives

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of transport services for 40 junior councillors, including:

• Pick-up at specified locations in Vredenburg, Langebaan, Saldanha, Steenbergs Cove, and Laingville.
• Transport to Skillpad Hall, Vredenburg for the inauguration event.
• Return trip from the venue to various pick-up points.
• Service scheduled for 16 June 2026, with pick-up at 08h00 and return at 12h00.

Technical Requirements

• Transport must be suitable for 40 junior councillors.
• Transport services must be provided on the specified date and times.
• Transport providers must adhere to specified pick-up and drop-off points and times.
• Pricing must include all costs, including VAT and any applicable charges.
• Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.
