Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure transport services to facilitate the transportation of youth from Saldanha and Vredenburg to the West Coast National Park and back, specifically for the ICLD program scheduled for 10 October 2025.

Scope

The scope includes providing transportation services using 15-seater vehicles for specific pickup points in Diazville, Saldanha Police Station, George Kerridge Car Wash, Witteklip, Yellow Junction, and the Investment Centre in Vredenburg. The service is required on a specified date, with the transportation of youth as per the details outlined in the pricing schedule.

Technical Requirements

• Transportation of youth from designated pickup points to West Coast National Park and back on 10 October 2025.
• Use of 15-seater vehicles for the transportation.
• Pricing must be VAT exclusive, with VAT included in the total price if applicable.
• Quotations must be valid for at least 90 days from the closing date.
• All quotations should be submitted on the business’s letterhead and in line with the specifications provided.
• Delivery charges must be included in the price.
